Job Description

Midlands based banking group seeks an experienced prudential and enterprise risk professional to report to the CRO.


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight and challenge of the ILAAP (owned by Treasury)
  • Delivery of the ICAAP
  • Delivery of the RRP
  • Lead and develop a fit for purpose Prudential & Enterprise Risk function
  • 2 experienced management level direct reports with a growing indirect team
  • Participate at ALCO committee
  • Own the bank's risk appetite and risk strategy


The successful candidate will have a strong background in treasury risk, prudential risk or enterprise risk, with specialist prudential knowledge and experience of delivering ICAAP and RRP.
