Guernsey Compliance Analyst

My client is a financial services firm in Guernsey.

They are looking to hire a compliance junior to join their team.

This is a life-changing career opportunity for a junior compliance officer on the beautiful Island of Guernsey. They have been struggling to hire a compliance officer on the Island with local talent and whilst they will definitely consider someone on the island, they have got special permission to hire an experienced compliance officer from mainland UK to work there.

The financial services firm focuses on offshore banking, savings, and mortgages.

The role is a compliance generalist position in a team of 4 compliance officers.

The role will cover…

• compliance monitoring and risk reviews
• financial promotions
• AML and CTF issues
• provide up-to-date training
• compliance advisory to the business.

You will be reimbursed for relocation costs and they have government-approved rental accommodation.

Salary on offer is negotiable around £50,000 – £55,000 basic (20% tax). 15% Bonus scheme and 10% pension.
