Job Description

This new role is involved with the development and roll-out of a global EHS strategy, across a major multinational.  Working closely with senior and regional management across a number of internal functions, and regional/country EHS managers, the post will ensure that all EHS policies reflect current best practice, are aligned to regulatory requirements, and are compliant with local legislation. You will develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of the business to understand how to better support them, promoting a strong team culture across all regions in a highly matrixed organisation.  EHS qualifications are essential (NEBOSH or international equivalent as a minimum) along with significant experience working in large-scale, international enterprises. Experience working in EHS in a multi-tiered matrixed organisation and with cross-functional teams would be helpful.
