Job Description

A fast-growing SME lending provider is seeking to hire a Manager (VP grade) to support the CRO in the management of the firm’s Liquidity, Capital, Market, Interest Rate Risk and in providing second line oversight of Prudential Risk.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Treasury professional looking to join a dynamic start-up and apply their expertise in a broad and challenging Treasury function.



  • Second line oversight of Prudential Risk and production of the firm’s ILAAP ICAAP, RRP
  • Oversight of Treasury Risk (Liquidity and IRRBB)
  • Reviews of Liquidity (LCR and NSFR) and Capital (CoRep) returns and stress testing
  • Manage regulatory change and assist the business to deliver and prioritise in the ever-evolving regulatory environment for financial services



  • Prudential Regulation experience (ILAAP, ICAAP, RRP)
  • Experience in Risk Management in Banking (Treasury, Liquidity, Interest Rate)
  • Extensive Knowledge of FCA’s and PRA’s regulatory framework
  • Understanding of liquidity and capital reporting
  • Industry qualification would be advantageous
