Job Description

My client is a leading Alternatives Investment Manager based in London with offices located around the globe in most major finance & off-shore hubs, who due to sustained growth are looking to hire a change manager to work within their group level financial crime risk team.

 


Responsibilities:

As a change manager you will be responsible for leading reviews on FCR controls, including technologies, 
financial crime risk assessments and gap analyses of the organisations existing financial crime frameworks, identifying potential risks to the business from a financial crime perspective. Alongside this you have the chance to be the face of financial crime to the business, gaining lot's of face time with senior staff and being on hand to advise on technical queries and to provide ad-hoc training where appropriate on new polices & procedures. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to work on the implementation of new financial crime systems.




Requirements:

  • Experience of working with financial Crime Frameworks within Investment, Asset or Wealth Management.
  • Proven ability to manage successful change projects across AML, Sanctions and Financial Crime systems
  • Technical understanding of the financial crime risks associated with core investment management products
  • Ideally educated to degree level, or have relevant professional qualification
