DMLRO and Compliance Officer – Lending Company
Barclay Simpson has partnered with a growing Lending company to find them a new Compliance and Financial Crime Leader. The main arms of this business are to provide buy to let mortgages and bridging loans to experienced landlords and property developers.
The role holder will be leading the Compliance and Financial Crime effort across the business and will work directly with the Risk Director to write, design and implement policy. The role will act as the DMLRO and will be responsible for advising all levels of management on Financial Crime Risks in line with current regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar sector, with an ability to eventually look to build a function around them.
The role is offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000 with great benefits and a flexible working policy.
