Job Description

My client is a leading retail bank. They are looking for a Conduct Risk & Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager to join their team in London or Edinburgh. 

You will play a key role within the Monitoring team, delivering reviews or supporting the Head of Conduct Risk & Monitoring in the coordination and tracking of reviews. You will decide where reviews will be focused based on your understanding of the regulatory environment and the conduct risks presented by the bank. The Assistant Manager role will involve leading fieldwork, going into branches and conducting reviews and interviews.

They are looking for those with broad knowledge of financial regulation, preferably with experience in a retail bank or at one of our regulators. It is also necessary that you can work collaboratively within the team and wider business, influencing decisions of internal stakeholders. 


Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience and location + benefits.
