Compliance Officer – AIFMD

My client is looking for a senior Compliance professional to join their growing team. Within the Compliance Officer position, you will be exposed to a wide range of asset management products and services, with an emphasis on the regulatory side, including GDPR, Wft, AIFMD, MiFID, AML/Wwft and SFDR.

The Role:

• Conducting compliance reviews;
• providing compliance advice on rules and regulations for all areas of the alternative investment space
• Liaising and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Managing, reviewing and improving compliance policies and frameworks in line with regulatory changes
• Conduct Risk activities and cultural policy change.

You:

• Extensive compliance experience with EU asset management regulations within a financial organisation;
• Understanding of the asset management industry and the processes for developing and managing mutual funds / portfolio management services;
• Knowledge of financial markets regulations, including a working knowledge of AIFMD and MiFID as well as, at least, a theoretical knowledge of UCITS;
• Understanding of the ever changing regulatory landscape and the ability to translate changes in policy that works effectively with internal guidelines and methodologies
• Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written, Dutch language skills would be a nice to have.
