Job Description
My client is an international well-established and leading Asset Manager looking to hire a Compliance Manager for their AIFM in Luxembourg.

The Role:
- Reporting directly into the Conducting Officer for Compliance, this person will be responsible for supporting on all Luxembourg regulatory compliance based activities.
- The role will also cover some German based compliance responsibilities.
- Responsible for Compliance testing. AML/CFT Topics.
- Oversee AML/CFT Delegated tasks.
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Review and approve compliance marketing and fund reporting literature.
- Analyse and asses changes in the regulatory environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years working experience in a Regulatory Compliance, internal Audit, or Legal function.
- Must have a strong working knowledge and hands on experience of Regulatory Compliance responsibilities.
- Must have demonstrated experience of Luxembourg CSSF Regulatory Requirements and broad European Financial Regulation.
- Strong working knowledge of CSSF Circular 18/698
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
- Must be self-motivated and eager to add value, inquisitive and a strong team player.
- Focus on Real Estate is beneficial but not essential.
- Language Skills: Business Fluent in English and German is essential; additional French and Italian are desirable but not essential.
