Job Description
My client is a truly unique firm that sits outside the mainstream banking world. They offer a truly unique service to a number of different customers across media, banking and commercial brands.
They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager who has experience in consumer credit regulations to be the go to for this specific area aswell as provide broader ethics and compliance advise to the business.
You must have a proven track record and experience of dealing with FCA regulated activities in relation to financial promotions. (i.e. loans, insurance, credit agreements).
Experience of matters related to and associated with the ‘consumer credit regulatory regime’ which is comprised in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ; the Regulated Activity Order 2001; the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations; and the rules and guidance set out in the Consumer Credit Sourcebook contained within the Financial Conduct Authority Handbook of Rules and Guidance.
Proven track record of dealing with compliance issues related to the activity of ‘credit brokerage’ in terms of authorisation and regulation by the FCA or appropriate exemptions, along with experience of dealing with issues associated with ‘effecting introductions’ by way of communications in relation to credit agreements in respect of financial promotions and marketing.

Salary: up to £60,000
Post COVID-19, you will be expected to work in the office 2 days a week, the rest can be remote.
