Job Description

I am working on an exclusive role with a challenger bank, who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their exciting and growing business.

You will be joining a Compliance team of 3, reporting into the Head of Compliance. The Compliance Manager will have an autonomous role of significant breath operating across all businesses, providing advice and guidance on regulatory compliance and engaging with stakeholders. 

They are looking for those with technical knowledge of the FCA Principles for Business and Conduct Risk, from a Big 4 Consultancy or retail/ challenger bank. Experience of liaising with all levels of the business is required along with the ability to adapt to change. Demonstrable competence in consumer credit and mortgages is desirable.

 

Salary £60,000 - £75,000
