Compliance Analyst
Our client is a well-known international broker with an established European business led from their Frankfurt office. Due to business growth, they are seeking a new Compliance Analyst to cover both Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ongoing management of local and regional compliance obligations including maintaining and implementing changes to compliance policies and procedures
- Assist preparing reports for internal Boards and Committees as well as responses to requests for information from regulators
- Review and manage complaints, marketing materials, breaches and PEP accounts
- Assist in the delivery of compliance training to all departments
Experience Required:
- Prior experience as a junior analyst or as Praktikum / Werkstudent within a Compliance department of a financial services organisation
- Knowledge of Securities Trading/Forex/Crypto Currencies is useful but not essential
- Fluent German language skills are essential
