Job Description

An experienced company secretary, ideally qualified, is sought to undertake a key role in this strong governance and secretariat function. Reporting to the Head of function, the role is wide ranging and provides support for a portfolio of companies, delivering high profile governance and regulatory projects and working to develop relationships across the wider business on a cross functional basis. In addition to being highly organised and quality orientated, you will have the skills and experience to provide senior executives and non-executives with sound governance advice and horizon scanning in a commercial context.
