Job Description

A high calibre Company Secretary is sought by this innovative and entrepreneurial active investment business to ensure effective board management and regulatory compliance and to drive governance standards across the portfolio of investments and legal entities. This is a business with a clearly defined ethos and is highly ambitious. The role is wide ranging and high profile with significant internal and external contact across registrars, directors, executives and professional advisors.

The firm is seeking a qualified ACIS/FCIS with a plc background and at least 10 years pqe who can effectively contribute to a team committed to the highest standards of governance. You will take responsibility for your own portfolio of listed and private entities, providing support to the boards from both an organisational and governance perspective. In addition to being highly organised and technically competent in the UK Code, AIC Code, Listing Code and Companies Act you will possess the communication and influencing skills to allow you to add value at senior levels in a commercial and rapidly growing environment.
