Job Description

You will already have commenced your Company Secretarial career and have benefited from experience that has given you a solid grounding in the routine work of a secretariat around the maintenance of corporate records and filings, the administration and management of meetings and supporting executive and non-executive stakeholders plus an understanding of the fundamentals of corporate law. This experience will have confirmed your commitment to and enthusiasm for a career in corporate governance and you will now be looking for a move that will provide you with the stretch to help you fulfil your potential.

Reporting to the Company Secretary of this specialist financial services group you will be given early and varied responsibility in a busy secretariat. In addition to ensuring the execution of standard secretariat processes to a high standard, you will be given responsibility for corporate communications, board and committee meeting management and supporting senior stakeholders on a wide range of governance issues. It is important that you can demonstrate high levels of technical skill, the ability to work to exacting standards and that you have the interpersonal skills to a presence at the highest levels, supporting the Company’s commitment to exemplary standards of corporate governance.
