Job Description

Our client is one of the major London airports and an international hub. They are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join them to cover a broad role.

The team deal with a wide variety of issues and will involve a great deal of front end drafting and negotiation with end clients. The projects will vary regularly but can include:

  • Procurement of large scale equipment
  • Large IT projects
  • Regular commercial work including retail concessions, directly offered passenger services & new marketing initiatives
  • Ad hoc projects and issue management

The work will be very interesting and varied due to the ever changing issues and projects they are involved in and will often be high profile and potentially newsworthy.

The team is settled and well run with plenty of support and the potential to cover work across all areas including infrastructure, operations, litigation and corporate finance.

They are looking for junior to mid-level lawyer in the 1-6 year PQE range. The ideal candidate will have experience form a well-regarded private practice firm and ideally some in house experience through either a secondment or a permanent move.
