Chief Technology Officer

This new role is to lead all aspects of technology for a rapidly developing Middle East bank.  Based in Dubai and reporting to the CEO, you will develop and implement a strategy for the technology function covering the management of existing technologies and also leading a program of rapid technological development which will support the bank’s business strategy in the coming years.  This will include the further digitisation of their banking activities and providing the vision to offer technical solutions to ongoing customer needs.

This is a dynamic role that will require a very experienced technology leader, who has an in depth understanding of modern banking activities and the technical developments required to enhance their services and operations.  You will need to be a strategic thinker who can plan for the future in alignment with the bank’s business vision.  You will have extensive experience of leading  digital change, whilst effectively overseeing the existing technology of a bank and the resources required to manage it.
