Job Description

My Client is a FTSE 10 company with a global footprint looking to add a Company Secretariat co-ordinator to their growing 6 person team. You will report directly into the Head of Secretariat and will have an opportunity to really make an impact and take on a lot of responsibility from day one.

The role will eventually be based in the West London area but as with everywhere it will be home based for the foreseeable future. The idea would be to have someone come into the office 1x/2x week once it is safe and sensible to work from the office.

The role will work closely with the whole Company Secretariat team – you will essentially be the main “go-to” person and point of reference for the team.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head of Secretariat in a very collegiate and tight knit team. Strong remuneration and benefits package on offer.

In this role you will be co-ordinating Board and Committee meetings, managing all related invoices and co-ordinating the distribution of Board and Committee papers among other things.

This role requires an individual with a certain fortitude of character who is willing and able to take on high-pressure situations on a daily basis. You will be seen as the main “go-to” person in the team so it is imperative that you are a self-starter who is able to work on your own initiative.

Prior experience working within a Company Secretariat or Legal function is essential.

Prior experience using SAP Ariba and Diligent Boards is a strong plus but not absolutely essential.
