Job Description

My client, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking to hire experienced individuals to join their Risk and Capital Management Department. They are sourcing candidates across a broad range of seniority levels. The firm offers excellent career development prospects and as such they are seeking ambitious individuals who are looking to broaden their existing skill set.

 

Responsibilities

 

  •  Advising  clients on key areas of Structural Reform, Legal Entity Change, Brexit plans and Ring-fencing programmes.
  •  Working  on projects related to the restructuring of financial institutions to meet UK and international regulatory requirements and working on major change programmes e.g. Brexit.
  •  Overseeing the practical implementation of the projects and maintaining the relationship with the client stakeholders.
  •  The client base is comprised in part of large European and American Capital Markets organisations, therefore some occasional travelling to Europe or USA might be required.

 

Requirements

 

  •  Extensive knowledge of UK and international Financial Services regulatory framework.
  • Previous experience within financial services (Capital Markets organisations, Regulators or other Consultancies preferred but not essential).
  •  Previous involvement in strategic planning and implementation of Ring-Fencing and Brexit programmes would be ideal.
