Job Description

My client is a top Investment Bank with a major presence across EMEA. due to significant consistent growth over the last few years they are looking to hire a talented KYC/Onboarding professional to work to a high standard leading analysts & associate by example, within a dedicated onboarding function that is responsible for working across all business lines within the investment and corporate bank.

The role would see you be responsible for facing off to external clients to ensure all documentation is gathered appropriately, as well as advising clients on any issues or queries throughout their journey with onboarding, as a senior member of the team you would typically be focusing on complex and high value clients. Similarly, you will also have the responsibility to manage relationships with the front office independently of senior management, as well as acting as a point of escalation for all analyst's/associate's.

Requirements:

  • Proven background operating as a senior member of a a kyc/onboarding team within a complex investment bank
  • Risk based mindset, with the ability to manage relationships with clients/front office, as well as the ability to challenge when necessary
  • Risk-management mindset, with ability tom spot red flags in client documents
  • Strong understanding of complex client structure
  • Knowledge of relevant documents needed for different client types (in relation to investment banking).
