Application Security Lead
This leading investment firm has an excellent reputation in the market and is currently investing significantly into its Security function.
They are looking for an application security Lead who can manage a team of 6 people directly, covering both Penetration Testing and broader Application Security.
As well as managing the team day-to-day, you will be responsible for driving an ‘automation first’ and shift left approach across the team. You will work to embed security across the SDLC pipeline, including SAST/DAST/SCA/code scanning, and will continue the project (which has already been started) to implement a market-leading source code review tool. You will also provide guidance and security training to the development teams.
The ideal candidate will be an application security engineer with good coding skills and experience of leading a team.
The role can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK. You must have the permanent right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available at this time).
The salary is £90-100k (potentially higher for a more experienced candidate) + benefits + bonus
