Our 2015 Market Report combines our review of the prevailing conditions in the compliance recruitment market together with the results of our 2015 employer survey. We look to analyse and discuss the latest trends in the compliance recruitment market. The results of the survey together with our own experience allow us to report that the compliance recruitment market is now more buoyant than at anytime since the financial crisis. There is strong demand for compliance professionals and for many of those looking to recruit, there is a shortage of candidates with the abilities and experience they require.

  • 55% of compliance managers do not believe their department is sufficiently resourced for the demands that are made on it. 
  • 81% of compliance managers report they have found it difficult to recruit.
  • 87% of compliance departments anticipate they will need to recruit in 2015. 
  • Business growth and development will be the key recruitment driver in 2015.
