Senior Legal Counsel & CCO
My client is looking for a Senior Lawyer and Compliance professional to act as the CCO and lead on the legal side as well.
They need someone with an understanding of alternative investments and ideally US and HK regulations.
The role will be the registered SMF16 but they would ideally like a Lawyer who will have the opportunity of becoming the GC over the next few years as the previous incumbent still provides services on a consulting basis a few days a week.
It will oversee outsourced compliance support across US, Hong Kong and Spain so will be a global leadership role.
Candidates will ideally be a qualified Solicitor but must be happy to lead on all areas of compliance alongside their legal duties.
This is a great chance for someone who wants to make a move into a role where they can lead on compliance and transition into a GC role
