Information Security Consultant

Information Security Consultant required for a market-leading telecoms firm. The focus of the role is to support cyber security transformation & regulatory change involving the Telecommunications Security Act (TSA).

You will be involved in technology changes, programmes & projects, platform structure, network updates, shift left initiatives, changes to InfoSec consulting, advising on security tooling and more.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements to security requirements.
• Ensure in-flight initiatives are compliant with the Telecommunications Security Act (TSA).
• Analyse HLD & LLD to understand and advise on risk mitigation.
• Control design & optimisation.
• Perform technical risk assessments & vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure programmes adhere to industry best practice and risk appetite.
• Advise on vendor security practice.
• Provide security consultancy services to business and security teams.

As an ideal candidate, you will have an industry certification such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC. You will have expert technical knowledge in information security and have a proven track record in a similar role. Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.

Please note this role is fully remote and is accepting applications in Europe eg Barcelona, Madrid, Portugal, Romania etc. If you live abroad, you need a UK LTD company for your applications to accepted.
