Senior Manager – Marketing Compliance

Barclay Simpson are currently hiring on behalf of a large multinational Asset Manager, in the search for a Senior Manager within the Marketing Compliance function of the business. The client we are working with has just under $2 trillion worth of assets under management and has a well established presence in the City of London.

You will be the main point of contact to the business, for monitoring regulation associated to the marketing produced by the client. This will include conducting reviews, ensuring compliance with existing regulation, answering questions and enquiries from the business and acting as an SME for all rules and regulations that may effect operations.

The ideal candidate will have buy side experience and good knowledge of British and European regulation, including MiFID, AIFMD and UCITS. Management experience is desired but not necessary.
