Regulatory Compliance Manager
I am supporting a growing Dubai based bank with their search for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join the business.
The role sits in a small team and provides regulatory and compliance advisory services, liaising with the UAE Central Bank when required and manage certain regulatory programmes for the Bank ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Key accountabilities include:
- Regulatory & Compliance Advisory in Banking
- Conduct Compliance
- Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
- Customer Service
Key stakeholders include:
- Regulators
- Line Management
- Compliance Team
- Branches & Business Units
- Legal Department
The ideal candidate will need:
- At least 5 to 10 years Regulatory Compliance Advisory experience
- Previous experience in a Management or Leadership role will be a big advantage
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Banking rules, regulations & best practices
