Growth in IT security jobs for security cleared professionals

With numerous public sector and defence projects in progress generating large numbers of IT security jobs there is a growing demand for security cleared candidates in the information security sector. Baseline Standard (BS), Counter Terrorist Check (CTC), Security Check (SC) are the most commonly sought after levels, though there are an increasing number of information security jobs available for Developed Vetting (DV) cleared security professionals. The skills sought to accompany the security clearance are in the areas of security architecture, security policies and security risk assessments. Many of these roles are based in the South East and West of England, although some of our clients offer home-working throughout the UK.
