London information security jobs flow remains strong
In common with other areas of corporate governance, London is at the centre of the UK’s information security recruitment market. The City of London presents a range of opportunities in the financial services sector, where banks, insurance companies and investment groups provide a wide range of opportunities for information security professionals.
London also offers the majority of the advisory or consulting jobs available with the Big 4 and other leading information security consultancy teams.
On top of these established markets, the Payments Card Industry standard (PCI) and other regulatory initiatives have led major London based commercial groups to establish their first information security officer role and this is an expanding area of the recruitment market.
