This allows us to put you and your career options into a proper perspective.

Job search

Once we have agreed the parameters for your job search we will come to you with opportunities that meet your aspirations. We will discuss them with you and provide as much background information on the company, department and team as possible. We will provide you with a job specification and details of the remuneration. Once you have confirmed your interest in the role we will forward your CV. We are conscious that you entrust us with your personal information and we make a clear commitment to only use that information in the way you have instructed us.

Recruitment process management

If after reviewing your CV and discussing your profile with us our client wish to meet with you, we will manage all stages of the recruitment process through to what is our aim, a successful conclusion. At each stage of the recruitment process we will provide you with feedback and seek to gain a thorough understanding of your thoughts. We will provide advice and guidance throughout the process. We will assist you at the offer stage and where appropriate undertake any negotiations on your behalf. Our objective is to put you in a position where you are comfortable that you can make a fully informed decision. Once you have commenced your new position we will keep in touch to ensure that it has met your expectations.
